Founded in 2019, Canal Street Research offers bespoke research and consultancy on all aspects of UK residential property. Our areas of expertise include house price forecasting, demographic trends, development strategy and policy analysis. We are able to carry out work using advanced data modelling and GIS mapping techniques, along with qualitative research projects.
NICK GREGORI - DIRECTOR
Nick started working as an independent property market analyst in 2018, forming Canal Street Research in 2019 as the volume and size of projects grew. He worked for Savills in the residential research team for five years, latterly as an Associate Director leading their planning and affordable housing research consultancy projects.
Nick is a member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR), and has also worked in the strategy team at Homes England and as an analyst for a specialist energy efficiency consultancy. He has a first-class degree in Materials Science from Oxford University, and when not working is usually found playing golf or walking the dog.
